Situated opposite the grass reserve that fronts Caves Beach, this 2 storey home has uninterrupted ocean views and is close walking distance to the beach.
There is an open plan living / dining area with timber floors. slow combustion wood heater (wood provided) and TV, VCR/DVD/CD player. There are wide balconies at the front and rear, both with ocean views. The rear balcony has a BBQ for outdoor dining and leads down to a private and secure backyard.
The modern kitchen has caeserstone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave and stainless steel oven/cooktop. Kitchen basics are supplied (teatowels, dishwashing items, herbs & spices).
There are 4 bedrooms. Downstairs a bedroom with a queen bed, another with 2 singles beds, and the third room is a rumpus/bedroom with 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom is upstairs with a double bed. Three of the 4 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
There are 2 modern bathrooms. The one upstairs has toilet and bath/shower. The one downstairs has toilet, shower and enclosed laundry with washing machine and dryer. The lock-up garage has internal access.
Caves Beach is a patrolled surf beach with caves and rock pools to explore. A very family friendly beach with white soft sand and great dining areas close by. It is 1 hour north of Hornsby and 1/2 south of Newcastle. 3 minute drive to Swansea.
Surfing, fishing, sailing, golf, tennis, bushwalking and cycling.
Short walk from Caves Beach House to local restaurant / bistro and Caves Beach shops (bakery, butcher and general store). Good selection of cafes, restaurants and shops at nearby Swansea and Belmont.

All rates apply for 4 people or less. There is an extra charge per person when more than 4 people staying at the house. Maximum number of people is 8 adults. Minimum weekly rate during school term is $1200
