Great property ,awesome views and easy access to easts beach. Huge deck great for entertaining or just lazing in the sun. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Definately recommend and will stay again

I loved it!
Our family(3 kids)visited for a week and we had a wonderful time. The open layout was great for family time and very comfortable. The standout for me was the view - breath taking! Truely a milion dollar one. There is a great cafe just around the corner that makes great coffee and we had an excellent dinner there. We loved the fact that 'our beach' was never crowded and the area was quite. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

It was unbelievable.
We all had such a great time.
Funnily enough, I kept getting kudos all weekend for picking such a great house!
It made me look like a superstar. :)
We will definitely be retuning in the future, not just to Kiama, but to stay in the house should it be available.
If anyone is planing a weekend in Kiama, YOU CAN NOT GO PAST THIS HOUSE.

this house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for 8 people and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view was just fantastic. My only regret was not booking in for long enough. Hopefully we will be back next year for longer this time. Thanks so much.

The view from the balcony was outstanding. Walking out into the morning sun on the first day of a holiday on THAT balcony was just incredible and I reccommend it to anyone. The house was presented immaculately. The organisation was prompt and everything we possibly needed was in the house to make our stay comfortable. Good distance from the main town, the little blowhole and the beach was just a roll down the hill!

Spacious and clean, with all conveniences and good bunk beds for kids. Lovely view looking down the hill and into the bay / sandy beach. Easy 5 minute walk over grassy field to beach.

Kiama Beach House was the perfect location for our family getaway. With good sized bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen, bathroom and living area, we especially enjoyed our bbqs on the fabulous back deck overlooking the beach. A truly relaxing beachside escape. We'll be back!

Absolutely brilliant. Great location, great views, great house, great time had by the whole group that stayed with us. I was hesitant to leave a review as I want to keep the house all to my self. Highly recommend the Kiama Beach House to anyone interested in staying in or around Kiama. There is nothing quite as good as a BBQ on the back deck overlooking the beautiful Easts Beach.

Perfect time was had with our 2 families. The deck was used all weekend to enjoy the bbq breakies and "happy hour"drinks! Fantastic view, loved the hot outdoor shower and ping pong table too. We'll be back for sure!!!!

Just wanted to thank you for providing such a lovely holiday accommodation.
We all enjoyed our stay very much and the place was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. Everything was there and it is such a superb location. You have done it up really well.
Kiama is now officially one of my favourite holiday destinations and we hope to get back there again one day.

Thanks for having us to stay in your wonderful Kiama Beach House. Location,
location, location with a well-equiped, well-maintained, CLEAN place that
instantly felt like a home away from home. One of the best features was the
outside shower when returning from the beach with 6 sets of sandy feet. It
was very sad to leave today but there's always next time.

Our stay at Kiama Beach House was wonderful. The view of the ocean and Easts Beach was magnificent and the house was beautiful, everything we needed for a weekend away. The fur blankets came in very useful when sitting on the verandah in the evening which was a bit cold and windy for the time of year. The table tennis table was a great hit too. all in all, we had a fab time, thank you.

The Kiama beach house was lovely!! just what we all needed to relax =) the weather wasn't perfect but that cant be helped.. we spent most of our time on the beautifully spacious balcony..even when it was raining we were out there star gazing!!!
It was a perfect holiday full of fun and many stories to remember! Thank you Frank for making that happen!

What a great place. Six of us enjoyed a break from Sydney and the kids and it could not have been better. The house had everything we needed, especially the deck and BBQ overlooking the beach. We will all be coming back.
