Stunning 5 star quality accommodation featuring modern open architecture with high ceilings and air bridges within the house. 3 bathrooms, spa bath, 4/5 bedrooms [ 5th is a loft] ,large kitchen, family and entertaining areas that open onto a deck with amazing views .

Airconditioning for cooling down in the summer months and an open fire for heating and ambiance in the winter months.

Location

Absolute Beach Front at Copacabana slightly raised up for commanding views across McMasters Beach and back to Bondi. Private steps take you down onto the beach and a rock pool for the kids. These are very steep and are suited to the more fitter amongst us, access via the road is much easier. Those with young children please be aware the property is not fenced. Avoca and Terrigal are just minutes away. Just over one hour drive north from Sydney making it a handy weekend escape from the city..

Local Attractions include the Beach, Restaurants, Massage, cafes, wine bar, 2 x Surf clubs, Fishing, Galleries, Tennis and much more ! Great position for whale watching during the season May to August. Avoca Beach 3 minutes away for more restaurants beaches and cinemas. Regular bus service.

"Perfect location. Beautiful outlook. We all felt so relaxed. Weather was not too kind to us, however, we still had the best time as when we couldn't walk along the beautiful beach or sit outside if it was raining, we get the log fire going and we would play serades. Best place I have been in a long time. Only thing missing, is Champagne glasses, so take some with you."

"Coco's Beach hut surpassed our expectations..loads of space for six adults and four children (3y.o.to 7y.o). Open plan meant early to bed and early to rise but that worked well.. all the better to enjoy the glorious views and great beaches.The surfers made the most of the waves on our doorstep and the rock pool was better than others on the coast. We will be back !!!!!"

"Seabreeze at Copa......in a word....fantastic!! My family (which is quite large) have enjoyed staying at Seabreeze for the past 4 years and have always found it wonderful. The house is very accommodating with plenty of beds and seperate TV rooom for the kids. And the access to the beach is only a few paces away. But I think the absolute best thing is the view. Sitting on the deck with a glass of bubbly and watching the sun go down it is pure magic and makes you feel that you are on holidays before you even unpack!"
