Great place to stay. We have yearly Softball weekends away. This was the best weekend yet. Great house, best location, beach in backyard great for swimming and just people watching. Close to shops & cafes. Even got massages and facials at the house.

The seychelles beach hut was a lot more than a beach hut! For our group of 11 adults and 1 child it was perfect. The house was so big that no matter what mood you were in there was a part of the house that would suit your mood. Also the place never felt crowded and the Cinema was awesome. We also really appreciated the covered indoor BBQ area with exhaust hood. Oh and the view was incredible as we strolled straight on to the beach from the house. We will definitely be staying again soon.

Great holiday house right on the beach. Lots of different living areas and all rooms very large. Generally very well presented (some areas eg main ensuites are getting a little tired) and very well equipped (only a few wine glasses so we had to get some more and a jug would have been handy but otherwise lots of evrything else - more than the average holiday home). We could only get one station on the stereo but that wasn't an issue. Very comfortable house with lots of space for everyone. We didn't actually use the sauna but it looked good with two showers and large sauna area. Cool room was great for extra food and drinks. Everyone loved going down to watch a movie in the home theatre. Great relaxing holiday home for two or three families.

We stayed at Seychelle Beachhut for a girls weekend. We had a wonderful time. We found this property to be clean and comfortable with a lot of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the theater room watching our girly movies with our glasses of wine. It was a pleasure to wake up in the morning and open all the glass doors and look out to the beautiful view of the beach. Would recommend this property and may come back again. WOW! This house is amazing and huge. We were a group of 12 mums away for weekend and we had a fantastic time. The bedrooms huge and to have 6 single beds was a bonus to avoid sharing, plus 6 bathrooms is a huge plus for ladies! The cinema room was a wonderful treat. But the living area was best as great to be able to actually all sit in living room together - very few houses actually cater for 12 to sit in living areas, and what a view. We have now booked to return next year. This house cant be beaten.

Seychelles was the perfect winter break for us. Spacious but cosy and stunning location, literally right on the beach! We even braved a thrilling swim in the ocean, and warmed up in the steam room. The cinema was like our very own Goldclass! The house was complete bliss and still feeling rested even after a few busy weeks back at work! We all agree it was one of the best holidays we���ve ever had!

Our group of 12 women had a fabulous, totally relaxing, 'bonding' weekend. The ability to stretch out in complete comfort (and in different areas if we wanted) was great. We mainly 'ate in' and it's great that a rental property provides decent tableware and plenty of it.

Where do you start with a place ten metres to the sand and then only twenty metres to the surf!! Views are to die for; and to have a house with a gold glass cinema downstairs to entertain you at night if you get sick of hearing the surf roll in. Once you experience this place you will want to go back again and again. This is a place where you would prefer to dine in as it has the best view in town.

What a fabulous house at a fabulous location. The house is so easy to live in with great access to the beach, lagoon and Terrigal's restaurants and shops. I love a holiday where I park the car for the week and don���t get in it again until I am ready to go home! It was great!
Even on the not so sunny and warm days it is wonderful to enjoy a movie in the media room and a nice hot sauna! There is no end to the relaxation and fun that kids and adults alike can enjoy in this fabulous house in a fabulous location!

Fabulous position, the week of on and off wet weather did not diminish our enjoyment. The absolute beachfront view was fantastic. Short walk to the main centre of Terrigal along the beach was a bonus. The house was well appointed, and enjoyed the great kitchen. We enjoyed watching the waves pound on the beach. The living room level was flooded with sunshine from morning to afternoon in one place or another (when it was out). Theatre room was a definite winner.It was also great having another big TV if we wanted to watch diffenrent things. My group of girls could not have hoped for a better venue for our yearly getaway. They are all keen to return soon. Perfect for an extended family holiday as well

This house is amazing, could not be in a better location for a beautiful beach. The house has loads of space, great facilities and we saw the whales swim past in the morning as we ate breakfast. Can't ask for much more.
The open fire was lovely for the chilly winters evening when we stayed.

Perfect location. Beautiful outlook. We all felt so relaxed. Weather was not too kind to us, however, we still had the best time as when we couldn't walk along the beautiful beach or sit outside if it was raining, we get the log fire going and we would play serades. Best place I have been in a long time. Only thing missing, is Champagne glasses, so take some with you.
