The property consists of 6 delightful architect designed self contained cottages, with fully equipped kitchen; lounge and dining area, wood fire and individual bbq area. All cottages have tv, vcr, dvd and cd player. Cottage sizes vary from one b/rm spa cottage to our largest 4 b/rm family cottage (14 people in comfort).
We are a perfect place for a family holiday or a private couples retreat.

Location

King Parrot Cottages is located in the picturesque Pennyroyal Valley near Deans Marsh in the Otway Ranges, 1 1/2 hours drive from Melbourne CBD ,1 hour from Geelong and only 20 minutes from Lorne. We are a perfect base for your tour of the Great Ocean Road.

Facilities & Local Attractions

Facilities on our property include heated spa, solar heated pool, full size tennis court, mini golf, games room, pool, video library etc. all free for our guests. We have bush walks leaving from the property along the creek to waterfalls or up mountain tracks.
Our farm animals and yabbie fishing from the dam are very popular with children.Meet Lily and Rosie, our donkeys, and their foals Gypsy and Coco. We also have horses and alpacas.
We are equipped to provide a conference/retreat facility suitable for yoga or corporate groups.
Local attractions include berry farm, olive grove, flower farm, gift shop, craft shop, art gallery, antique shop, and Sunday market. The Lorne beach, restaurants, shops are only 20 minutes away; Otway Fly is 1 hr; Lake in Colac, Apollo Bay and the 12 Apostles, Ballarat, Sovereign Hill etc. are only 30 minutes to 1.5 hours away.
