This large home is about 2 years old. There has been nothing spared, the builder has thought of everything to make life easier.
First of all, lets get down to the sleeping arrangements. There are 5 bedrooms altogether. Three with queen beds and 2 with bunks and singles. Two of the bedrooms have ensuites and there is still another bathroom and powder room.
The living and dining areas are open plan with the most fantastic large kitchen with quality appliances incl double oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large walk in pantry.
There are 2 TV's, DVD/VCR combo's. one is a wall mounted plasma TV and stereo. The second TV is in the second sitting room, so the children can watch their programs and the adults can watch theirs.
From the safety aspect - the water temperature is controlled.
Now we go outside. The garage is big enough for 2 cars and has a rear access. Perfect if you have a boat.
There is actually off street parking for 4 cars.
There is a large courtyard with BBQ and outdoor shower for the sandy ones. The garden is fully fenced so great for children.
There is a side access to children's playground and oval.
Stroll 300m across park to Kendalls Beach.
Bookings are for a minimumn of 2 nights any time of year and a minimum of 1 week over the Christmas Holiday break till the end of January.
Linen is not included but can be ordered when booking.
