The Whitehouse is newly built, clean, modern and spacious. Deceptive from the outside, this house can sleep up to 8 people. It has a generous downstairs living space, open plan in design with different seating areas.

The living area has comfortable sofas with a large flat screen TV with DVD and Stereo system. There is also a large Queen sized Balinese style day bed to lounge around on and a couple of lazyboy armchairs. There is plenty of light from 2 sides and a pretty garden out the back which can be reached directly from the living room sliding doors.

The kitchen has modern appliances including Smeg oven, side by side fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cook top and coffee machine.

Separate laundry is generous in size and includes washing machine and dryer.

Downstairs has a separate toilet, lots of storage space and access to the double garage.
There is also one Queen bedroom on the ground floor, with built in wardrobes.

The garden is fully fenced with brushbox fencing. A well kept lawn with established tropical shrubs is a welcome addition to the interior. There is an outdoor table and chairs on the covered terrace area with BBQ and outdoor TV.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with King bed, large full ensuite, oversized built in wardrobe and its own TV.

Bedroom 2 has Queen bed, built ins and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds, built ins and ceiling fans.

There is a separate toilet upstairs and a family bathroom with shower and bath.

This is a large family house with all the modern conveniences you'd expect, bright, clean, spacious and spotless. Room sizes are generous, natural light flows in and a good floor plan make this house a winner.

An excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Byron and Main beach, tucked away in a quiet laneway. Ideal for a couple of families or a large group of friends.
