We went there in Spring time, the garden is beautiful with the flower bloom. There are lots of people canoeing at the basin just to the back.

Sanctuary Point is a beautiful location for a relaxing time away. The japanese style garden and backyard is a perfect place to relax and unwind, peacefully watching the giant fish swim about all day long.

We stayed with just two people, but the house and surrounding garden could easily accommodate 3 couples wanting to share a holiday and still have their own private space!

The owners were also very accommodating and gave us good tips on things to do in the area while on holiday. Thanks!

I didn't expect too much for this weekend as it's freaking cold winter days;

However it turned out to be a big surprise for us...

Had a relaxing getaway with friends while staying at Minka. Walking along St George basin, watching sunset... all at door way...

I will definitely come back again!!!

Spacious, clean, comfy and interesting!!!!

The owners seem to be very considerable on every detail, from the house decoration, different room's presentation and styles, and even the bedding are lovely! The most amazing thing is the big fishes and artificial falls plus Asian style gardens that surrounding the whole house, they are artistic. You can hear the sea waves and the trees whispering at night - what a perfect holiday house! The town peoples are friendly too.

The only problem in the house is a little bit cold in the evenings(I guess because it's surrounded by water?) But since owner put lots of heaters in the house we still managed to have good sleeps over the weekend.

Thanks for Ken and Katie anyway!

Wish you all the best!
