The upper level features 3 bedrooms and ensuite, living is on the open plan middle level featuring renovated kitchen, dining, large living room, bbq area and balcony. The lower level consists of pool room/bedroom and another bathroom. Watch the surf as you swim in the pool. Furnishings include flat screen tv, dvd, modern kitchen, laundry, dishwasher and dryer. Theres a King bed and 2 queen beds along with a 3 bed bunkroom for the kids.

Take a walk down the hill to the main Burleigh restaurant precinct (appx 400 metres) or walk a little further to the patrolled beach(appx 600 metres) and beautiful Burleigh national park headland.
Burleigh is a great centralised Gold coast holiday destination offering amazing beaches, world class surfing, beautiful national park walks, and great local restaurants and shopping. Its a short drive to more shopping at pacific fair, the gold coast theme parks, the hinterland, or the Surfers Paradise/Broadbeach nightlife.
