Timbertop House is situated in Merrijig in the foothills of Mt Buller in Victoria’s High Country. A two and half hour drive from Melbourne, Timbertop House is located on the Mt Buller Road, directly opposite the Howqua Track. There are two accommodation options – a three bedroom cottage and a two bedroom apartment. Both are well appointed – just what you need for a holiday at any time of the year.

Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.

The Stone House

A beautiful, self contained, stone cottage comprising master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with spa bath. Two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Both have ensuite bathrooms. Living/dining room with open fireplace and TV/DVD/stereo. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry. Drying room. Powder room. Under slab heating downstairs. Ceiling fans. Air-conditioning in bedrooms. Electric blankets. Large deck in garden setting, outdoor table/chairs and BBQ. Off-street car parking. 10 minute drive to the Mt Buller entry gate. Quality linen/towels etc provided. Self catering.
