#Luxury 2 Bedroom - 2 Balcony SUB PENTHOUSE apartment located on the 7th floor & positioned perfectly to offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and coastline north to Norah Head and of Tuggerah Lake and The Entrance Bridge.

This fully self contained 2 bedroom holiday apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning gourmet kitchen with granite bench tops and all new stainless steel appliances, dish washer, fridge, micro wave, gas cooktop and electric oven.

The main bedroom consists of Queen size bed, ensuite and walk in robe T.V. & Video there are Ocean views from the bedroom window.

The second bedroom consists of 2 King Single beds and 2 Single Trundle beds mirrored wardrobe and balcony with views of the Ocean & Tuggerah Lake and the Entrance Bridge and also over looks the complex`s pool.

The lounge room has 2 / 3 seater lounges and a single lounge chair.
Colour television (68cm) DVD and Video players and a 3 in 1 Entertainment unit also a selection of *100+ dvds and video`s to watch, also provided is a selection of board games ( Trival Pursuit - Monoply - Scrabble - Snakes & Ladders & Chinese Checkers )

The apartment has an internal laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

#ALL THE BED LINEN, TOWELS and TEA TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.

#EXTRA BEDDING in the way of: 1 Queen Size & 2 Single Deluxe Aero Beds these are the same height & width as regular beds. No one has to sleep on a sofa bed lounge.

  • "My husband and I have stayed in several serviced apartments world wide but the service from Chris and Deb was paramount to any others.Upon entering the apartment it is easy to see that this holiday unit is not a forgotten investment squeezed for every dollar. The apartment is beautifully presented, clean and stylish, the décor flows from one room to the other and there is not a single miss match item in sight.The service was unfaulting and the little extras topped off an already wonderful package.We travelled with small children, aged 5 and 3, and there was plenty of room in this apartment for the children to play with their games, whilst mum and dad cuddled up to watch one of the 100?s of movies available. It was fantastic. I also have to note that the movies available offer a large range from Disney movies for the children to just released DVD?s for mum and dad.
