  • "This property is divine. The location & house were immaculate. We had a group of close friends that filled the beds, but not for one minute did we feel that we were in each others pockets. We spent the weekend relaxing, enjoying the beautiful surrounds, & cooking for each other in the amazing kitchen - then dining together on the balcony. For private couples or a family retreat, or for a group of friends, Jenny's property is fantastic. I highly recommend it. You will never want to leave!"

  • "My now husband and I decided to get married down the south coast and living in Sydney I needed the perfect location to spend my pre-wedding preparations. I wanted my parents, brides maids and I to relax and enjoy both the days leading up to and the wedding day itself. My sister contacted Jenny (who was amazing!!!!) and went above and beyond to make sure the house was perfect for all the wedding day photos. Not that is was hard in such an amazing house!!! There was plenty of room for all of my family to have space for themselves and still give me my space...not to mention to faciliate last minute greek dancing lessons for my husband! On the day of the wedding, the men kept themselves entertained with the pool table and kitchenette and living area down stairs whilst the women did thier thing upstairs. I am so glad I/ we stayed at Shore thing. Kitchen was fully stocked, with anything we could of thought of. Everthing looks new and modern, perfect for all the wedding photos, our photographer had a field day. 2 minute walk to the Currarong shops, and the rock pool. View was amazing!!! Certainaly the best way to wake up, especially on your wedding day. Thank you! "

  • "Thank you, Jenny! We had a really wonderful family weekend at Shore Thing. The house was perfect for our extended family of 10 adults and 15 month old grandson. The family kept saying 'Wow' as they each arrived and admired the features of the house. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms just beautiful. There was plenty of space to spread out when we felt like it and also space to gather for family chats. The kitchen was a real pleasure to use and the layout very conducive to working together for meal preparations. We loved the views of the water and magnificent sunsets from the balcony. Many thanks again, Jenny. Your lovely place certainly contributed to making our special family weekend even more memorable."

  • "Thanks Jenny and family for leasing us your beautiful holiday house. Highly recommended for the perfect relaxing break. We easily fitted two large families or even three small families all the bedrooms were very generous and the bathrooms beautiful and very modern. The living areas (2) were really large and comfy and there is lots of outdoor entertaining areas (3) to have a nice glass of wine. Jenny provided lovely creature comforts that you dont want to lug with you like magazines, DVD's, books and CD's. Everywhere you looked there is a beach theme which really makes you appriciate your holiday. We didnt see the kid much as there were boardgames as well as a pool table for when the weather was grey. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need to make any meal, just take your groceries. The beach is just a short walk across the estuary at your back door which the kids loved watching the soldier crabs march by. Thanks again Jenny and Family. Sandra "

  • "I went to Currarong with my two 6 years olds in Januaray and we had the most fantastic time at Shore Thing. The location as we expected was fabulous the house is a short walk to the beaches and shop. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and the layout of the house would be great for two families or one big one!! The large grassed area was great for the girls to play and the reserve out the back has a tyre on a rope which the girls though was great. We relaxed totally and we will be back."

  • "What a lovely 10 days my 2 children and I spent at Shore Thing in gorgeous Currarong. This was our first time in Currarong; what a delightful location for a beach holiday! Shore Thing had everything we needed: comfy beds (my kids claimed the beds were more comfy than their own beds at home!), fabulous big fridge, comfy sofas, good cooking facilities, excellent washing machine, views of the sea, a very short stroll to the shops. Such an easy house to stay in. The two most important features to me - the kitchen and bathroom - were well appointed. Lots of hot water with good pressure at shower time! My children (aged 8 and 10) loved the garden, the chess set, the close proximity to the beach, the safe roads for cycling and walking, and the snorkelling was sublime.. We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck, with views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. We were blessed with perfect weather. Thank you Jennifer. We'll be back to Shore Thing very soon. Wendy"
