TO MAINTAIN THE HIGH STANDARD OF ACCOMMODATION SEA BREEZE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO FAMILIES AND COUPLES (NOT AVAILABLE TO SCHOOLIES GROUPS). A MINIMUM TWO NIGHT BOOKING IS REQUIRED.
SEA BREEZE is just 2 streets back from the water and you can see the ocean from the front deck.
There are 3 b/rms upstairs having 2 queen beds & a set of single bunks with the 4th bedroom downstairs ideal for the older children with 3 king singles.
Upstairs also includes a designer style kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. The lounge/diningroom has a large flat screen tv & it opens onto the large deck where you can enjoy a bbq or relax on the deck lounges & read a book. The modern bathroom with separate bath completes upstairs.
Downstairs is the 4th b/room, 2nd bathroom, laundry with washing machine & bar fridge & a large rumpus room with tv, stereo & DVD player. An ideal retreat for the kids or just for somewhere to relax.
Situated on a large block of land there is plenty of room in the back yard to kick a footy or play cricket.
Just 2 Streets back from the water front it is only a leisurely stroll to the patrolled surf beach. Walk around the headland & you are at "Golfies" the ideal spot for surfing. Walk to the 9 hole beachside Golf Course for a game of golf or enjoy a meal in the clubs restaurant. The 18 hole championship course is a mere 3 minute drive away. With only a 2 minute drive to Ullladulla shopping centre & a 5 minute drive to Historic Milton township, Sea Breeze is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all the attractions Mollymook & surounding district has to offer.
Mollymook Beach is the beachside paradise of the NSW southcoast. An easy 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney or Canberra, Mollymook Beach is a popular destination all year round.
Mollymook is best known for its excellent surf beach of sweeping clean sands & crystal clear water and its neighbouring lush green seaside golf course.
One of Mollymooks best natural features is the Bogey Hole a large circular rockpool located on Mollymook Headland.

Mollymook is situated only minutes from the harbourside town of Ulladulla where you can buy fresh fish straight from the wharf. A 10 minute drive will get you to the historic town of Milton which has an abundance of cafes & boutique stores.
If you enjoy 4 wheel driving take a trip to Pigeon House Mountain and witness the stunning view from the Peak.
