Peaceful location with short walk to beach, lake and parks.
North Avoca Beach is a patrolled surf beach with a large rock platform great for little kids to play in its rockpools and mini waterfalls.
Two minute drive to Terrigal's cafe strip - with its great restaurants catering to all tastes and prices, cafes, fish and chip shops, and wonderful clothing and homeware boutiques. Restaurants include Thai, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese, Mexican, Italian & Pizzas - with most catering for take away and home delivery as well. Or stay home and have a BBQ!
Twenty minute walk along beach to Avoca to have a cuppaccino on the sand while you watch the kids in the rockpool. Or perhaps take in a movie at the historic Avoca Theatre, check out a restaurant or hire some water sport equipment at the Lake.
For wet days the large Erina Fair shopping complex is a bus ride or short drive away and offers large department stores, boutiques, supermarkets plus Hoyts and an Ice Skating Rink.
Or stay home and do a jigsaw!

We had a great weekend here, and it was Winter! Modern kitchen, great sunny patio and really close proximity to beach and lagoon.Will definately go back!
our surf club stayed here when we had a competition on terrigal beach. it was fantastic so close easy to find and we had everything we needed right in the house. the people who own the house were amazing extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.We will defiantly be staying here again next year.

This was a great house for a family holiday. Quiet but close enough to the fun and excitment of Terrigal and Avoca.

A fantastic House with everything you need and more. A terrific place for children - our daughter loved her "New home" and the visitors. We had such a relaxing time on our holiday and Maureen is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks for making a holiday away from home feel so much like being at home.
I can't rave enough about this place, the location is very special - so close to the beach, yet nestled in the bush.
The house itself was absolutely beautiful with nothing left to chance,the decor was gorgeous and every thing you could possibly want for lazy summer BBQ's could be found in the cupboards.
My children will remember this holiday forever with the possum and the bush turkeys to fascinate over.

Loved the treehouse feel of the place. House was really well equiped, clean and tidy, and a short walk to the beach. Some great bush walks through the back streets. Not too far to walk to Terrigal for dinner. Some magnficent views from Tramway Street. A happy family holiday.
Well... where can we begin??? Thankyou for making our short break a great one. In short:- we loved the house- we'll be back!(very kid-friendly),we loved the wildlife...latenight possum drop ins...we loved the great relaxed atmosphere... The kids had a ball...the trek to the beach, the bushwalk to the lagoon.. It was all good!!! Thanks again
