8 people. Microwave,toaster,electric kettle and fridge/freezer.
Breakfast cereals,milk,bread,tea,coffee and condiments supplied to see the visitors through the first morning.
The villa is airconditioned and the main bedroom is airconditioned.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and walkin robe and the other two with single beds. There is a spare trundle for a fifth visitor.
All bed linen, blankets, doonas,pillows,towels,toilet paper supplied.
The laundry has a front end loader washer.

Joondanna is 6 kms from the city and the unit is 200m to
the main busroute. Easy access to main shopping mall,cinemas. Good dining in Osborne park which is 1.5 kms away. Leederville another hub for dining and pubs.
Lake Monger is tranquil and within walking distance.
Freeway onramps are 2 kms away.
