This property has fantastic 180 degree ocean views sweeping from Cape Patton to the Apollo Bay harbour which are viewed from the living, kitchen and dining area, located on the upper floor.

This modern, stylish and well appointed 3 bedroom house is a stones throw from the beach and enjoys amazing ocean views from the balcony and upstairs living.
The upper floor of Ocean View Escape features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with great views of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven, cooking equipment, crockery, glassware etc.
The spacious lounge area features a Wood Fire, large LCD TV, DVD, CD and leather lounges. A balcony leads off the lounge/dining and features a BBQ and Outdoor furniture.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor features a Queen bed with Ensuite. Downstairs the 2nd bedroom offers a Double bed and small balcony, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 Singles. All bedrooms feature built in robes.
The large bathroom features a deep reclining bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity. The rear yard area (not secure) is lawned offering plenty of space for children to play. All linen, towels, soaps and bath gels are supplied for your stay.
Sorry pets are not permitted at this holiday property.
