Well we have been in this business for over five years and we LISTEN to the needs of our clients. We previously stayed here ourselves and we liked the location so much we bought the house!

Huge decking space to observe the wild animals feeding at dusk and dawn.
Clearly defined path through the National Park from the house into town. A short walk to scenic Clematis Falls and Venus Baths (only 600m from the house).
Warm atmosphere that only a wood heater and great decor can provide.
The efficiency of reverse cycle air-conditioning
Woollen doonas for each bed together with new pillows and spare woollen blankets.
Fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances and recon. stone bench tops.
Lounge room furnished with real leather couches & digital television
Bathroom also with recon. stone benchtops and new shower, spa bath & toilet
Laundry with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet.
Queen size bed in main bedroom.
Bunks for up to three in second bedroom
Double bed & single bunk in third bedroom.
Large enclosed backyard

Dont worry about the cold!

We have got you covered if you want to sit by the fire and read or perhaps check out the wildlife outside.
We have gone to the trouble of insulating the floor and the ceilings! Yes thats right every square inch of the floor has insulation under it to prevent those nasty drafts.
We have heat lamps in the bathroom and a wood heater (with plenty of split wood) to warm the house throughout. Each bed has a lovely natural woollen doona with extra woollen blankets if required.
The large capacity hotwater system allows all to have a thorough soak in the Spa or a quick warm up in the shower.
All you need to do is sit back and relax.
