The house comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, formal lounge, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Large family/dining area and separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also secure parking for two cars in the garage to the rear.

The property offers accommodation for up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The second bedroom has double bed and the third has 2 singles. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The formal lounge has a double sofabed to accommodate a further 2 people.

The fully enclosed Garden/Courtyard has a lovely patio area, perfect for relaxing day or night and fully equipped with outdoor setting and gas bbq.

The house is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning allowing for winter and summer weather and a monitored alarm system for security.

Local Amenities and Activities

Secret Harbour Golf course is a first class, public access links golf course located just across the road from Little Haven! The Golf Club Kennedy Bay, Meadow Springs and The Cut courses are all within 20 mins drive and are enough to test any golfing enthusiast.

Secret Harbour Beach is just a short walk from Little Haven. Secret Harbour boasts one of the top beaches for surfing in WA and is also great for fishing and family fun. With its own beachside café and surf lifesaving club its got everything you need for a fantastic beach holiday in the sun.

The recently opened Secret Harbour Shopping Centre is a 2 minute drive away and fully equipped with supermarket, bottle shop and various specialist stores.

There is also easy access to kids playgrounds, Secret Harbour surf school, skate park, tennis, water sports, Swimming Pool and all the attractions of Mandurah and Rockingham foreshores.

Secret Harbour is situated between Rockingham and Mandurah both offering an array of restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.
