Gracious Rose , a modern two storey home situated in the marina at Port Geographe. Prepare to enjoy as the idyllic sunsets , gentle breezes pushing the passing yachts, and the sound of water lapping on the doorstep lull you into a state of relaxation
The design features make the most of marina views as bifold doors downstairs further open the kitchen, dining and living area to the amazing setting and al fresco entertaining area.
On this ground floor level there is also a cosy tv room, a shower and powder room, and laundry.
All bedrooms are located upstairs , with the house comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. The master bedroom has an ensuite, and there is another bathroom including a bath, and a separate toilet to service the other bedrooms. Families will enjoy the games room on this upper level complete with table tennis and table soccer.
For extra comfort - there is reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating throughout.
This house will be a boaties delight, but the excellent facilities will please everyone.
Please note, the patio area has direct unfenced access to the canal, and for this reason the property may not be suitable for children under 8 years of age.
