You really can't get more central than this with the Ascot Race Course across the road, The Burswood Resort Casino just 3 minutes down one way and the Swan Valley Wine Region 15 minutes down the other, while the Domestic and International airports are 5 and 10 minutes away respectively.

The apartment itself is tastefully furnished throughout with one Queen sized bedroom and ensuite that walks out to your very own private courtyard where you can dine alfresco style while listening to the pitter-patter of the water featured limestone gold fish pond. The Living and Dining area is just as impressive with a LCD TV with a CD/DVD Player for your enjoyment. The comfy raisin sofa opens up into a Double bed should the need arise. The Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with coffee and tea with our compliments. Full Laundry facilities are available in the apartment as well as an iron and ironing board. A BBQ is available free of charge upon request.

Enjoy your breakfast and a cup of freshly brewed espresso at the front courtyard with the tranquil sounds of flowing water from the Balinese water feature, then stroll out to the Marina at your door-step. Don't forget to look out for the Dolphins! - they often hunt for fish in the Marina. Ascot Waters has 75% of it's area dedicated to it's boardwalks, ponds and beautiful parklands populated by wildlife such as ducks, swans, pelicans and other waterbirds. This is your chance to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and embrace serenity.

Restaurants and fast food outlets are within walking distance of the apartment and The Belmont Shopping Centre is a five minute drive away. Suburbs in the vicinity include Victoria Park, Burswood, Northbridge and Mount Lawley which offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafe's with something to suit every taste and budget.
