The unit can be used as a 2 or 3 bedroom unit as 1 bedroom can be locked off. The unit looks all the way up to pit lane on the Indy Track. The apt is fully air-conditioned and offers main bedroom King bed which can be made into 2 singles, TV and large ensuite. A porta cot is also available free of charge. Second bedroom with 2 single beds which can be made up into 1 king bed if preferred as well as the third which also has a TV. The lounge room has a folding double sofa bed and Foxtel.The modern kitchen if fully equipped with microwave, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all cutlery & crockery supplied. There are foldawy beds that can be put in any bedroom for extra sleeping as there is plenty of room. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine & dryer. In the main bdr there is a safe with plenty of cupboard space in the apt. We can arrange hire of beach towels , nursery needs, invalid aid equipment etc.

Sun City is a fabulous resort for kids and adults. There is a sandy beach pool with lots of space & deck chairs great water slides and an outdoor spa. The indoor pool and spa are great for swimming on one of those rare days when it is a bit cold outside. The restaurant is very family friendly with plenty of room for the kids to move around. There is also a Cafe which is open for breakfast & lunch with snacks also available all day. Sun City is right on the Indy track so the atmosphere is electric at race time.
