Ventnor Views is the perfect place to enjoy the Great Outdoors. Boasting magnificent views of Westernport Bay, 50 metres walk to Ventnor beach and a great outdoor entertainment area to wine, dine and relax, soaking in the peaceful surrounds that Ventnor offers.

Take a stroll through the Ventnor Common exploring the many species of birdlife, wildlife and native flora along the boardwalks. Spend hours exploring the beach looking at the different Volcanic lava and ash rocks which extend out to McHaffie's Reef and the diversity of sea life in the rock pools, boredom will never appear on this adventurous holiday.

Property Features:

Four bedrooms (sleeping 8 comfortably) and two bathrooms. Open plan living with TV, DVD & VCR and Dining/Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all other modern conveniences and boasting magnificent water views. Downstairs living room has a pool table which converts to an air hockey table for the kids and adults to enjoy as well as another TV, DVD & VCR.

Split system air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs for those hot Summer nights or enjoy the evening outdoors in the Balinese Style entertainment area with BBQ facilities and bar.

Bedding Configuration & Arrival/Departure times:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed (with water views)
Bedroom 2: 1x Bunk bed (with water views)
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen size bed
Bedroom 4: 1x Queen size bed

Tenants are required to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay (sheets, towels and pillowcases).

Linen and towels can be hired upon request when making your booking.
