A traditional, rustic, character filled beach house, new bathrooms and modern kitchen , ideal for couples & families with kids. Located 5 min stroll to the beach. Some water glimpses through the trees from the front balcony. Relax with gentle sounds of the surf, day & night. Only 90minutes drive from Sydney CBD. Situated on a large, unfenced block with plenty of trees. Single carport. Ceiling fans in, kitchen, living and bedrooms.

Main bedroom has queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a spa bath. The bedroom at the back of the house has 2 x bunks (sleep 4), though which you get to the 3rd bedroom which has double/single bunk (sleeps 3).

Location

Up amongst the gum trees, you are only a 5 minute stroll to one of the most beautiful beaches in Central Coast and Australia. Quiet location. Bush walks near by. Enjoy lunch, coffee at the local surf club. Kids play ground by the beach. 3 minute drive to local shop. 10 minute drive to local shopping Kincumber. 15-20 minutes from major tourist towns, Gosford, Terrigal, Wow Wow etc. If you have a canoe, go exploring in the peacful lagoon, 10 minutes walk away. Check out the wild life. The great Australia bush. All types of fishing, beach, rock or lagoon. Rock pool by the beach for the little ones. Go for a run or evening walk along the beach to neighbouring Copacabana beach for restaurants. Catch the early morning surf or just go for a swim.
