Step up from the sunken loungeroom at the entry level into the kitchen and dining areas which open onto an enclosed, covered courtyard with gas barbeque. Three bedrooms can sleep up to seven comfortably with a luxury, top of the line king size bed (linen for king size bed is available if required), two singles and a tri-bunk. Two bathrooms are provided. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has a bush outlook and is a 5-10 minute level walk to Wimbie Beach and Surf Beach.



Very well appointed and comfortable with all amenities including airconditioning to main living area and master bedroom, gas BBQ, 2 X TV, video, dishwasher, full laundry, second toilet and bathroom and many extras including a cupboard full of books, games, toys and videos. You can enjoy flexible arrival and departure times when vacancies allow.
