Town of Seaside is situated just south of Coolum on the Sunshine Coast. Our ‘Seaside Escape’ is less than 100m to the boardwalk that takes you through the dunes and on to beautiful Marcoola beach where you can walk for miles and truly unwind. Relax in this peaceful location and listen to the waves while watching the sun set over majestic Mount Coolum.

Luxuriously appointed and very spacious living accommodation incorporating 3 separate living areas and over 3 floors:

On the first floor; Open plan lounge, dining and well appointed kitchen, separate media room, laundry and powder room, balcony with views to Mount Coolum.

On the second floor; 1 master bedroom suite with King size bed and beautiful en suite bathroom including spa bath and separate shower, 1 queen room and 1 king single twin room, family bathroom and separate sunlounge/relaxation area, balcony with views to Mount Coolum.

On the third floor; roof terrace complete with outdoor dining and bar-b-q facilities. Sea views.

There is an allocated parking space and additional outdoor parking.

The accommodation sleeps 6 adults or can accomodate up to 8 using the sofa bed in the TV room. (linen is not provided for the sofa bed)

Things to do

Things to do and where to go – walking distance.

We are just a minutes walk away from a 10km walking and cycling trail running through the protected dune nature reserve which hugs the beach from south of Marcoola to Coolum. A great and safe activity for adults and children alike.

Less than 100m and you are walking through to the beach with miles of uninterrupted sand to fish, rest and play. Flagged areas can be found south near the surf club or north by the Hyatt beach club.


Things to do and where to go – a little further afield.

Golf: Many golf courses including the championship course at Hyatt Coolum are just a few minutes drive away.

For the energetic, take a short drive to the base of Mount Coolum and then walk up the track to the top for magnificent views (2hr bushwalk)

A 5 minute drive north takes you to the cosmopolitan café and dining scene of Coolum and a further 15 minutes drive north along the coast road will take you through the pretty villages of Perigian Beach and Sunshine Beach to the fantastic shopping and dining experiences in Noosa.

A short drive inland and you are at Eumundi where the famous markets are held every Saturday, or enjoying the Sunshine Coast Hinterland towns of Montville and Maleny with fabulous views of the coast and the Glasshouse mountains.

Alternatively drive south to Mudjimba and Novotel Twin Waters or across the Maroochy river to the commercial capital of the Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore.

Places to eat

On the roof terrace: full bar-b-q facilities and comfortable seating together with great views make this the perfect spot for a family meal or an intimate dinner.

Walk 5 minutes south along the beach or the nature trail to Marcoola Surf Club and cafes and restaurants in Marcoola Beach or North to the Hyatt beach club.

Just four doors down Merchants Parade and you are at Cucina al Mare.. a great Italian restaurant open for lunch, dinner or just a coffee. There is also a convenience store, art gallery and beauty salon nearby, together with a Mezze Bar.
