The House
With family accommodation for nine, this freshly painted open plan three bedroom home is fully self contained.
The gas heated lounge has a large modular couch and comes complete with TV/DVD and stereo.
Main Bedroom comprises one queen size bed.
Second bedroom sleeps five with trilogy double bed and bunk and separate double bunks. The third bedroom has double bunks.
The bathroom is fully renovated and includes a shower and bath.
There is a separate laundry and sun room with table and chairs.
Complementing all this is a modern, renovated and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
There is also a small courtyard out back with BBQ and outdoor setting.
The Area
Spectacular scenery abounds with the mighty timbers of the Otways merging with the green hills that roll down to long golden beaches. The fishing village nestles at the foot of the hills around a bay which reflects the ever-changing colours and moods of the sea.
Whether it be a romantic getaway, a family holiday or time to simply relax, there really is something for everyone. From the lush rain forests and magnificent waterfalls of the Otways to superb restaurants and cafes, tearooms, art galleries and shops, museums, golf course, a harbour with an active fishing fleet, sandy beaches and a variety of adventures sports, there are numerous experiences awaiting you.
