The House
It has 3 very large bedrooms. (2 Queen beds and 2 singles) and a generous sized newly renovated bathroom with seperate shower and bath and a toilet. The second toilet is in a seperate room.
A mezzanine above the lounge room is set up as a study, there is WIFI throughout the house.
The lounge room is spacious with cathedral ceilings and a north facing windows. It opens to the fully renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The open plan kitchen/dining area gives great views on the back garden, balcony and the pool area.
Near the kitchen there are beautiful wooden doors that open to a private courtyard with a large BBQ and a lovely mosaic water feature.
The Area
The house is located on Holland St. near the Gibson Park Netball court and East Fremantle Football ground.
It is only a 5-10 min. walk to the East Fremantle Restaurants and shops on George St.
Less than 20 minute walk into the center of Fremantle. There is a Bus stop 100m away.
Port Beach is 1.5km from the house,
the Swan river less than 1km.

What a gorgeous home! My husband and I and 2 children were relocating to Fremantle and loved our stay there while we were looking for a permanent place. Everything we needed was catered for. would definately recommend, thank you.
