Welcome to Harris Road Hideaway, a newly renovated 2 bedroom home in quiet Ventnor. Enjoy the native birdlife in the leafy surrounds, take a stroll along Ventnors beautiful and family friendly beaches, only a 350 metre walk from your accomodation, try your luck at beach fishing and landing a Flathead or King George Whiting that frequent these shores.

Accomodation Features

The accomodation features all new amenities including a large split system air conditioner that will keep you comfortable whatever time of the year, There is a new fully equipped kitchen with oven,grill and hotplates, microwave and a large fridge/freeze.

The bathroom has a new marbletrend shower and vanity and includes a new hot water system. The house has polished floorboards throughout, great for those who have allegies and the house is pet and smoke free.

There is a Stereo Television that has fantastic reception on all stations and has a DVD home theatre system that also doubles as a CD player and Radio. The bedrooms feature a queensize bed in both rooms and a single bed in one room comfortably sleeping 5 people perfect for small families or couples.

The house is elevated,providing undercover parking and there is a north facing deck with a 4 burner BBQ and outdoor setting. There is also a washing machine and a clothesline in the backyard

Local Attractions

Ventnor is only a 5 minutes drive from the Phillip Island Penguin parade, Seal Rocks, Grand Prix circuit and the centre of Cowes. Situated between the beach and farming land, you can take a stroll through the Ventnor Common and watch native birds from the bird hide, there is a newly erected playground a stonethrow away at 'the Pines' reserve, which provides great shady beach parking over summer. Ventnor is home to a large shearwater colony which can be spotted just after dusk returning to their burrows.
Ventnors beaches provide for great fishing with Flathead and King George Whiting often caught and if they are not biting Westernport Bay still provides some fantastic scenery, for those with boats there are boatramps located at Cowes, Rhyll and Newhaven
