The enchanted grounds of Clarendon are just outside Sassafras Village - a truly delightful setting, tucked quietly away off the main Mount Dandenong Tourist Road.

Clarendon's luxury guest accommodation consists of three charming cottages in a secluded, peaceful and romantic setting. Two acres of English country gardens and meadow nestle amongst a huge variety of beautiful century old trees. The Cottages are within easy walking distance of Sassafras Village and Sherbrooke Forest. Three cosy 1 and 2 bedroom cottages each with it's own individual charm are located separately on the 2 acre property. Log fires, spas, fully equipped kitchens and private decks are just some of the many features. Generous breakfast provisions such as cereals, milk, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, juices, fresh country bread, jams and butters are provided as well as complimentary biscuits and port and chocolates.

THE COTTAGES - 3 PRIVATE, SELF CONTAINED COTTAGES

The Stables Cottage is Clarendon's latest addition to its guest accommodation with either one or two bedrooms available. This luxury, self contained cottage has a log fire, fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge/dining area and beautifully appointed bathroom with double corner spa, separate shower and vanity. DVD, CD and TV. External private deck.

Camellia Cottage is a cosy, one bedroom cottage on 2 levels. An open log fire, central heating, queen size bed and two armchairs are on the upper level. Down a few stairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and external deck. The bathroom has a spa bath.

Dovecote Cottage is a beautiful 'petite suite' that can sleep two guests. The ground floor lounge/dining area overlooks a pretty rose garden. The upstairs double bedroom sits cosily amongst the trees. The bedroom and bathroom are reached by Dovecote's private internal staircase. DVD, CD & TV.

Clarkmont Road, Sassafras is located off the Mount Dandenong Tourist Road within easy walking distance of the popular Sassafras Village (home of Miss Marples Teahouse) & Sherbrooke Forest (home of the Lyrebirds) and close to the excellent shopping and restaurants of Olinda & Mt Dandenong Villages.

The Dandenong Ranges are centrally located to the Yarra Valley Wineries, Phillip Island and the Melbourne CBD and just 60 minutes drive from the Melbourne International Airport.
