If you are looking for a holiday where you can just walk out onto the beach, or cross the road to the shops and restaurants then you have found it!! No driving required. Centrally located between Dromana, McCrae, Rye Sorrento and Portsea on the Mornington Peninsula. Great Accommodation.

Location
The Beach House is located at Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula - 1.5hrs drive from the centre of Melbourne.
The Beach House offers a "lifestyle" with easy access to safe and sandy swimming beach - no busy roads to cross. Or stroll along the walking and bikebaths. Opposite the main shopping centre, cinema and restaurants.
Facilities
The Beach House has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen/meals area, and separate lounge with TV and DVD, and two bathrooms. The Beach House has a split system for heating in winter and cooling in summer. Sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a single bed, and bunk with a double bed and single bed on top. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything supplied. There is a full sized oven and gas stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher to make life easier and the cupboards are fully stocked with new crockery, glassware, saucepans etc. The Beach House has its own laundry with everything you would find at home.

A perfect holiday spot, for couples and families. Pet friendly. House very clean and extremely comfortable. No need to use the car. The beach is 1 minute walk. Great house perfect for our grandchildren close to shops and 2mins to beach which when kids had enough not far to bring them for sleeps etc .We had a lovely family holiday house very neat and clean and plenty of room for us and our daughter and her family.Looking forward to staying again .Thankyou.

What can I say! The BEST location you could ever ask for. The house is super spacious and has everything you need. Walk about 10 steps and you're in the water, walk the other way and your at the shops. What more could you ask for!! Will definately be recommending it to others and may stay again in the near future. Thanks heaps :)

My family and I have stayed at the Beach House twice, it would have been three times but I left it a bit late and missed out!! With 3 little boys, we found the proximity to the beach, the carnival and for us adults the lovely restaurants a definite plus. We look forward to spending many more holidays there in the future.

This house is in the best position especially for families. No crossing busy roads to get to the beach, its right there within 1 minutes walk. And then to have the supermarket across the road, how convenient is that? It was fantastic and I recommend it.

This property far exceeded all our expectations. It was excellent layout, roomy, clean, extremely well equipped and fantastic location next to a lovely clean beach, that that also had grassy area big enough for a family game of footy or cricket, plus a great bike/walking track and boardwalk. In fact I prefer to keep this gem a secret so it is available for our next holiday! Thanks for sharing your lovely property
