Look no further - Woodland Lodge will not disappoint! Woodland Lodge(13 guests) www.ozstays.com/50100 is an affordable home in a peaceful location with woodland views in the heart of the High Country, just two and a half hours away from Melbourne. Located 2 kms from the Mount Buller toll gates and 20 mins to the ski runs, it is a comfortable and welcoming ideal off mountain accommodation which sleeps 13 people.

Every room is heated. Highly recommended as a great family house or a quiet get away at an affortable price. Feed the Kookaburras and native birds by hand and just sit back and relax.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms all with electric heating. There is also a Queen size sofa bed with high quality mattress in the living room.

There is a large open plan living/kitchen/meals area with wood burning Coonara opening out onto a fabulous deck, fully equipped with BBQ facilities.

The kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, toaster, gas cooker and all kitchen utensils. There is also a bathroom with endless hot water, with separate shower and toilet, and a 2nd separate toilet as well. The laundry has a sink, washing machine, dryer and storage. A large separate drying room provides adequate room for skis and snow gear.

Ample parking is provided; a carport plus additional parking at the front of the house.

Activities

During winter, Woodland Lodge is located in an ideal position for skiing at Mount Buller and cross country skiing at Mount Stirling.

Summer is the hidden treasure, with fishing, hiking, wineries, pubs, 4WDing, Mountain Biking/Road cycling and trail bike riding at your door step followed by refreshing dips in the Delatite river only a 5 minute walk away.

Play shack 3 is very quiet p;ace, My family and I are going to book the play shack 3 for next year, Suzanne is the owner of play shack 3 she was a very lovely person to talk to. Mt Bulla is a great place, the men that work there were very kind and helped me as I'm in a wheelchair. "

"Play Shack 3 was just perfect. Very nice & cosy, especially with the log fire at nights. Fantastic new decking out the back along with a huge open back yard for the kids to run around & kick a ball. Highly recommended & can't wait to return again!"

"Excellent accommodation. Good facilities, peaceful neighbourhood, short distance to Mount Buller, a lovely stream where you can swim (although it's very cold) is within walking distance. Great place for large groups, and the lodge must be well insulated because nobody complained about us making noise and we had a few rowdy evenings (we did stay over new years period after all). Highly recommended. "
