Located at Blackwood, a picturesque village nestled in the eucalyptus-covered hills of Wombat State Forest, Lets Talk provides a perfect heritage garden environment for small group workshops, strategic planning sessions or simple seclusion. Less formal and more intimate than traditional corporate retreats, this beautifully appointed, historic property is only 85km north-west of Melbourne close enough to be easily accessible and just far enough to feel you are getting away from it all!
Conferences Lets Talk Retreat is ideal for a corporate meeting, training program or facilitated discussion for up to 15 people. Views of the heritage garden, Wombat Forest vistas and an open fireplace inside create an informal and relaxed space for creative and constructive discussions. It is stylishly decorated with beautiful antiques and original Aboriginal artworks.
The room can be set up to suit your groups needs and includes complimentary use of whiteboard, flipchart, tea, coffee and sweets. A data-projector is available upon request (an additional charge applies).
The conference room is complemented by a well-equipped business centre with wireless broadband connection, separate landline and fax machine. The room has an adjacent refreshment kitchen to ensure the tea & coffee can flow all day long. Access to the upstairs bedrooms, kitchen and living room is via a quaint spiral staircase.

Corporate Conference Rates
Daily Conference $495.00 inc gst
Includes sole use of house and conference room set-up including whiteboard, flipchart, tea, coffee, water and sweets.

Residential Conference $1295.00 inc gst
Includes sole use of house and conference room set-up (as above) for two days and one night. The house can accommodate up to 12 people in 5 double rooms and one twin (2 single beds). Additional off-site accommodation can be arranged for larger groups.

A data-projector can be arranged at $150.00 per day.

Catering
You can also self cater in the fully equipped kitchen or we can provide an in-house cook for some real luxury. And in the warmer months, there is an outside barbeque area near the vineyard.
Catering packages will be tailored to your specific needs. Food and Catering can be provided by Donna and Denis from the local Blackwood General Store, featured in the Age Epicure as a good food destination in NW Victoria. Catering is quoted separately.You can also dine just minutes away at the Blackwood Hotel, which has the longest continuous licence in Victoria since 1865 (and is officially haunted), or visit other local restaurants such as Lerdies on Martin.

Accommodation
The master bedroom features a four-poster bed, open fireplace, antique wardrobe and ensuite. The three double bedrooms have been individually furnished with queen-size beds, antique wardrobes and period style, modern ensuites (one with a double shower). The twin bedroom is perfect for two with single beds, hanging space and ensuite. Rose Cottage is a self-contained studio with a comfortable antique iron double bed, large ensuite, a cosy sitting area with tea & coffee-making facilities, an open fireplace, a covered veranda with spectacular views plus a private courtyard. It is semi-detached from the main house with access to all communal areas. All rates are for sole use of the house.
