Stay at Bep's Beach House and enjoy uninterrupted views over Bulli Beach and Sandon Point.Built in the 60's by Bep,it has now been fully renovated while retaining its character and many original features.
Walk out the door, cross a strip of reserve and you are onto the sand.There are parks for picnicing and a cycleway at your doorstep.Watch for dolphins and whales from your lounge room window.
It has a unique location with easy beach access,two patrolled beaches and an ocean pool. Surf the Point at Sandon.Bring the kayaks ,windsurfers , fishing rods , bikes and walking shoes,its all here for you to enjoy.Then relax at Ruby's Cafe for a coffee or a meal.

The House

*The house has 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Accommodaton is divided between the house which sleeps 4 (1 queen , 2 singles) and a large garden studio room with queen bed and ensuite.
*Brand new well appointed kitchen and bathrooms.
*Stylish comfy lounge and dining area with fabulous views.
*Cosy sunroom overlooking large level private backyard and BBQ area.

The cottage was great, and very quaint, but had everything you required, extremely comfortable and well fitted out. The view from the lounge room was absolutely fantastic, and it was great to see so much activity taking place along the front (reserve). We would definitely recommend this property to our friends, and look forward to staying there again. Also, the cafe around the corner very good for breakfast, plus a fantastic selection of restaurants, who also did home deliveries. The cottage is well situated for sight-seeing. "

We had spectacular weather over the weekend, but it really wouldn't matter because the large picture windows let you enjoy the beach and ocean view even if you don't want to go out. We had the extra delight of watching a wedding in the park across the road from our lounge room chairs. The house is very comfortable and everything you need is there. We were there with another couple and there is plenty of room. The lovely art work and pottery makes you feel like you are in a cherised home. We will be back."
