28 Silverton is a large fully Air Conditioned 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom self-contained apartment in Surfers Paradise. The holiday apartment is on the 5th floor of the Silverton resort overlooking the Nerang River and has breathtaking views in all directions including absolute river front, hinterland, mountains and ocean. You can enjoy these wonderful views from the comfort of the air conditioned apartment or relax on the large wrap around balcony.

The Lounge has 2 easy chairs and 2 sofa's where you can relax enjoying the views or watching TV. A full home theater system has been installed for your enjoyment including wide screen HD TV with a Yamaha 5.1 surround sound system, Digital Foxtel, with movie and sports channels included. Also provided is a DVD player, so bring your DVD's, music CD's (standard or MP3 format), to entertain for yourself and children. The living area has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans.

There is full dinning facilities inside, or outside on the balcony which ever you prefer.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has dish washer, stainless steel cook top / oven and microwave.

The master bedroom is on the North east corner having views towards the sea and Surfers central, with it's own access to the East facing balcony. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning plus ceiling fan, a queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.

The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds, reverse cycle air conditioning plus wardrobe, the room faces East with sea glimpses.

28 Silverton can sleep a maximum of 7 people with the 1x Queen in the master bedroom 2x single plus 1x roll away single bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1x sofa bed in the lounge which has a high quality inner spring mattress.

The main bathroom is tiled and has both a large full size bath and shower.

There is a separate laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer and tub.

The apartment has 1 underground secure car park.

28 Silverton is an easy 2-minute walk to the safety of patrolled golden beaches, and a short 8 minute stroll to central Surfers (800 metres) where you can shop, dine or enjoy a cappuccino.

Silverton's heated pool's and spa are right bedside the Nerang river, once you have finished relaxing in the water you can use the sun loungers under the palm trees or sun umbrella's while reading a book or watching the river activities. Silverton also has it's own pontoon so bring your fishing gear and see what you can catch. It's also great for getting the water taxi especially during Christmas holidays and Indy 300.

You may enjoy a game of tennis on Silverton's full size tennis court, complementary tennis rackets and balls are in the apartment.

On the basement level you will find the gym which has recently had all the equipment replace. The basement level also has the steam rooms, games room (pool and table tennis) and access to the secure car park.

Internet facilities can be found on the ground floor.

Across the road you will find a convenience store, bottle store, takeaways and restaurants.

There is so much to do locally and with a bus stop just outside the resort door it's easy to get there and back. The buses go to theme parks, malls etc in fact the entire length of the goldcoast. You may enjoy a relaxing round of golf, there are over 40 local courses to pick from see locations on map. At night you can relax with the home theater or go out and enjoy the fabulous nightlife that Surfers Paradise has to offer, wonderful restaurants, cabarets, nightclubs or Jupiter's casino.
