Coast offers beach house style accommodation, providing guests with a relaxed and complete holiday base, minutes from everything Darwin has to offer.

Guest Facilities

Coast has four large bedrooms and is able to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Bedding configuration includes three Queen beds and two single beds. Quality linen is provided for your stay. All bedrooms are airconditioned and feature LCD TV's and DVD players.

Coast also features a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

Coast has a swim spa allowing you to relax and cool off in the privacy of your own home. The swim spa is large enough to really cool down and is located in close proximity to the under house entertaining areas inc the BBQ and outdoor furniture. Furthermore, you can sit and while away the hours in the comfort and cool of the pool, with views of the CBD in the background.

The lounge features quality beach themed furniture and LCD TV with Austar. The dining table comfortably seats 8.

The property is fully fenced (and pet friendly) and has security screens. There is undercover off street parking for two vehicles.

Coast also features a fully equipped laundry and two bikes to complete top end holiday experience.

There is much to do when you stay at Coast. Darwin's Esplanade and Cullen Bay are a short bike ride away.

Coast is also within 2 kilometres from the CBD, which features many restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Mitchell Street bar strip close at hand.

For a Territory Adventure, Litchfield is an hours drive and an easy day trip. Kakadu is an hour and a half away. There are many fishing charters available, departing from Cullen Bay.

Darwin has a vibrant multicultural community, with excellent markets at Mindil Beach (Thursday and Sunday evnings in the dry season) and Parap (Every Saturday morning). There are many quality art galleries which feature local contemporary and indigenous art.

Tariff - minimum 5 day stay

1st October -30th April - $250 per night based on up to 6 guests

1st May - 30th September - $395 per night based on up to 6 guests

Maximum 8 Persons - $25 per person per night extra

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS $455 PER NIGHT

Christmas - New Year Period $395 per night minimum 10 night stay

(* Premium will apply to major events including Darwin Cup and Super Cars $495 )

Coast is booked as a whole of house, to one group only.

A maximum of 8 guests permitted. Should you wish to invite a small number of day time visitors, please advise the Coast Manager.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your reservation. Should this occur, as Mandalay is a small establishment, the following cancellation fees will apply.

If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than thirty (30) days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee.

If notice is provided between thirty (30) days and not less than fifteen (15) days, 25% of the deposit* will be retained.

If less than forteen (14) days and not less than seven (7)notice is given, 50% of the deposit* will be retained.

If cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) days and up to one (1) day prior to the agreed check in date, 100% of the deposit* will be retained.

No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check in. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances.

Please note: * = The deposit is 50% of the agreed tariff on the full stay booked by the client.

The assigned date which calculates the notice period is specific to notification prior to 5.00pm CST of any day, after which the following day will be the assigned date.

Notification must be in writing either facsimilie or email and confirmed delivery is the responsibility of the Guest.
