Description

Berry Orchard Studio is tucked away at the end of a private road, and is perfect for couples wanting privacy. A short walk to the shops, restaurants and history of Berry township means you can leave the car and explore this delightful village on foot.
The Studio is equipped with all the creature comforts to make your stay perfect. The queen size bed has exquisite hand-embroidered bed linen, and is air-conditioned.
Outside the French doors, your own private portico with escarpment views is the perfect spot for morning coffee, or relaxing with a good book. There is a two-burner electric hotplate, saucespans, and an oversized fry pan for cooking brekkie. You will find a coffee percolator, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich grill, and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and serving dishes. There is a TV, DVD, and stereo with ipod point, so bring your music and movies you've been meaning to watch but never have time. A library of interesting books provides hours of entertainment for the avid reader.
There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, including amazing bush walks, horse riding, beautiful Seven Mile Beach, historic museums, markets and great shops to explore. You can do it all - or do nothing at all.

August 09 - We enjoyed our stay. We know Linda would be extremely pleased with the cottage and studio, knowing the furniture fits in so well. A visit to Drawing Room Rocks is a ‘must do’, ‘must see’, 180 degree panorama from ocean to valley, superb.

August 09 - The Studio is charming. The beautiful patchwork quilt covers a most beautifully comfortable bed. Berry is a delightful town set in such a pleasant valley.
