We offer a selection of elegant 2-bedroom apartments located in the heart of Bondi Beach within short walk to the ocean.
Our apartments feature polished floorboards, modern bathrooms and kitchens and comfortable leather furniture. The bedrooms have new comfortable mattresses, luxurious linen and towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with high-quality plates, pots and pants and modern electrical appliances. Tea, coffee and other basic ingredients are provided.
Facilities: 2-Bedroom Apartments with 2 Beds (sleeping 1-3 guests) and 2-Bedroom Apartments with 3 Beds (sleeping 1-4 guests)
All apartments are easily accessible, either on the ground floor or the first floor. Apartments vary in regards to sleeping arrangements as follows:
Apartments 1 and 2 accommodates up to 4 guests. They offer 1 Queen-size bed in one bedroom & 2 single beds in the second bedroom (beds can be pushed together).
Apartment 3, 5 and 7 accommodate up to 3 guests. They have a large Queen-size bed in the main bedroom and a single bed in the smaller bedroom.
Included with your rental is the use of all facilities and modern appliances, including stainless steel fridge, washing machine and dryer, microwave, large LCD screen TV and Blue-Ray player .. All bedding and towels are included.
Price and Availability (Free for Children < 2 Years Old)
The apartments are available for residential holiday, executive & family vacation rentals. They are best suitable for quiet enjoyment of visiting relatives and working colleagues. They are not suitable for events. Parties are strictly prohibited.
The rates start from $120 per night for long-term bookings and vary with seasons and duration of the booking (longer bookings receive discounted rates). Please contact us for inquiries and quotes.

We found your apartment on the internet, where you have a very good homepage with good descriptions and nice pictures. The reality comes very close to the pictures witch is a good point, because sometimes you don't get what you see in brochures... The corresponding with you has always been very quick and good. We were very happy in apartment number 3. Excellent location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants but still very quite (unless some crazy neighbors are fighting...). Very good equipped with really everything you could think of needing on a holidays. We would certainly recommend you and your apartments if anyone would need a place to stay in Sydney.

well equipped unit and brilliantly located close to the main spots of bondi - beach 5 minutes, hurricanes for world famous ribs 3 mins, bondi market less than 10 mins and a brill cafe 50m away. stan was welcoming and on hand to help out with any enquiries. great choice. nigel and libby

My fiance and I recently moved to Australia from New York and stayed in Apartment 3 at Bondi Beach Holidays when we first arrived. It was a wonderful place to call home for our first two weeks in Australia: clean, comfortable, spacious, close to the main drag and, of course, the beach!

We had a really lovely/relaxing time. The unit/apartment was perfect for us and our 5yo boy. Being surrounded by a wide range of facilities and eateries, all accessible by foot, was also great. We were also really impressed with how efficient Sydney's transport system is also. A gr8 week away.

We found this apartment as advertised on-line and located on a quiet tree-lined street only a couple blocks from Bondi Beach. There were numerous shops and restaurants located within a couple minutes walk of the apartment. We mainly used the apartment to cook, eat and sleep in since we we left early in the morning and didn't return until late in the afternoon. There is a public bus stop very conveniently located a couple minutes away. If you have a car, you might consider a parking pass as we had to park a couple blocks away to avoid paying for parking. Definitely recommend staying here as it is quiet and well-maintained.

The apartment is perfect for anyone who is looking for an inexpensive way of experiencing the local climate and life style while enjoying a comfortable vacation, just what we were looking for. The appartment is a five minute walk to the beach, located on a quiet and serene street, in between two main roads offering your dinning, shopping and entertainment needs. The apartment itself was clean, cute and has everything you need. The large paintings against white walls, hard wood floors, and a white leather couch created a warm and homey atmosphere. Make sure to contact the owners ahead of time if you have a vehicle to arrange for a parking permit. The owners are kind and professional.

My parents who stayed at the flat had a great time there. The location couldn���t be better, so they really got to know the Bondi area while they were there.

We stayed at 3/52 Roscoe Street in Bondi for two weeks in October 2009.
We loved our stay there. The unit was clean and well stocked, though we didn't end up doing much cooking. The location is a couple of blocks from the beach and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within easy reach.
There are plenty of public transportation options close by so we took the bus as often as we drove.
Having the extra bedroom was a great advantage even though there were only the two of us ... it became my snoring cave.
Dorin and Stan were great to deal with through the booking process and they even got a parking permit for us.
We'd stay there again in a heart beat.
