Wright Cottage is one of 3 cottages at Kelly & Wright Luxury Accommodation offering traditional ,historic and unique luxury accommodation.
Other cottages include Pickett Cottage and Kelly Cottage. All up "Kelly & Wright" will accommodate on completion up to 20+ guests. (Further accommodation is also available at "Beeches on High" which sleeps 10).
Set as a back drop is Spring Creek with 150yr old populars towering high in the sky,offering glorious shade,the rustling of wind through the leaves and a home to a family of kookaburras.

Kelly & Wright cottages have been named after the historic 20 round bare fisted fight that Ned Kelly had with "wild" Wright over a horse theft that Ned was jailed for after he brought it from Wright. The fight took place on this property at the rear of the Imperial Hotel that once thrived here in its hay day.

Wright Cottage offers a very private and relaxing feel. It has been meticulously renovated using recycled windows, including leadlights, doors, baltic flooring, dado baltic lining boards, kitchen bench tops and many treasures from the 1800's to give it the charm and character of a 19th century cottage to blend in with Kelly House as part of the property. It has the warmth & feel of an original 19th century cottage.
It comprises of 2 large bedrooms each with ensuites. One of these ensuites (with a large dble spa) serves also as a semi ensuite to the end of the extra large living area, with a sofa bed for an additional 2 people.
Each of the two bedrooms has additional bedding ,one with a 3/4 single bed the other with a single bed.
It also includes large 106cm Tv , dvd , stereo radio/cd palyer.
Wright Cottage boasts great family style accommodation whether it be one family plus extended family or 2 families. It also suits perfectly 2 couples offering an ensuite each.
Heating consists of a fan forced wood combustion heater plus a split system A/C and heater.

The property prides itself on being ECO friendly having installed a 5 kw grid connected solar system thus providing most of the electricity usage via green power, also a solar hot water storage tank with gas boost provides hot water to the properties of up to 20 showers a day. As well as this, a number of water tanks have been installed supplying toilets and garden watering.
