Large new eco-friendly, 2 storey house in beautiful native bushland garden. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the sea and a gentle breeze in the treetops. Indulge yourself with a moonlit spa bath as you stargaze or enjoy a movie. Play a game of volley ball, badminton, table tennis or pool. Dine amongst the treetops on expansive decks or enjoy a barbecue on the downstairs patio. Stroll to Australia’s most easterly beach, beautiful Tallows, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach to a beautiful ti-tree lake, Broken Head nature reserve and famous King’s Beach…or head the other way towards the lighthouse at Cosy Corner. Swimming, board riding, fishing, whale watching await you. From the back gate it’s just a couple of minutes walk along a private path to one of Byron’s best restaurants, luxurious spa facilities and stunning rainforest boardwalks. This place has it all for a magnificent holiday, rain, hail or shine! Downstairs is a large open plan room with a high definition projector screen television, Powerpoint facilities, a pool table and a quiet sitting area. There is also a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed and fan, an ensuite, and the laundry. Upstairs is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area as well as another spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and two other large bedrooms. All rooms are well ventilated with louvers, windows and fans. The main bathroom upstairs, accessed from the main bedroom and the hallway, has a spa bath. There is a large deck upstairs with an electric BBQ and a large covered patio downstairs with a gas BBQ. Additional bedroom and bedding is an optional extra. Functions and workshops are available on application.
The property is located on 2 acres off Broken Head Road, Suffolk Park. Hotel, shopping centre, world-class restaurant and golf course are all within easy walking distance. It is only five minutes to Byron’s business centre, Main Beach and the Pass, Wategos and Byron Bay’s glorious light house. Public transport is readily available along Broken Head Road.
