Cosy, modern, character laden house centrally located off the main st of Daylesford. House was very clean, well equipped and well maintained. Good kitchen and generously stocked with necessities. Probably right for 3-4 people just know that the main bedroom doesn't have a door! Good for families or close friends for a weekend. Thanks to the owners for a pleasant stay.

We didn't have time to write in the Guest book - this was a lovely little place to spend our 2nd anniversary. Simple and classic with a few modern twists - the garden was outlook was lovely and being so close to town a definite bonus. We will be back, thanks!

Very warm & cosy on the coldest winter nights. Everything was thought of from the bottle of wine on arrival to the myriad of games to play in front of the fire. Squeaky clean and very comfortable. 2 nights wasn't enough.

While the property looked tiny from the road, once we got inside, things were quite different! Very comfortable, contemporary surroundings, and a beautiful English garden. Was totally relaxing, which is what we were looking for. Only a 5 min walk from the main street (restaurants/bars). Will definitely re-visit.

Our stay at Sleeper was delightful. Positioned close to everything and just a stroll to the Lake made it very relaxing. We loved the comfy beds and deep bath with the garden smells and sights through the open window. Best of all it was fantastic value for money. Top place!
