Mereki is the perfect family house for a holiday at idyllic Peregian Beach, with its gorgeous beach and great village atmosphere.
Mereki is located in Jabiru Street, less than 100 metres walk to the beach. This home is a two storey property with two separate living zones that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The upper level of the house is open plan, very spacious with a new modern look. From this level you can catch glimpses of the ocean or relax on the outdoor lounge and watch the children play in the pool from the large north facing deck. This level is fitted out with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning (between 7 am and 10 pm), two bedrooms including master with ensuite, bathroom and laundry.
Downstairs includes a large living space, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and kitchen area. The lower level opens out to the downstairs patio, BBQ, pool and fully fenced garden.
On application pets may be approved, at a small extra cost.
