Both main bedrooms have their own bathrooms and have queen size beds with quality linen supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six people. From the kitchen is access to the outdoor undercover entertainment area with seating for six people and an outdoor barbecue. The internal laundry is spacious and is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The lounge room offers a comfortable modern lounge suite with television and DVD player.

The property has a fully secure double garage with electronic roller doors. An integrated security system offers visitors peace of mind. The gardens are fully fenced, 'Balinese' themed with a relaxing ambience.
The study offers a selection of best selling books and a collection of DVDs. There is a telephone/fax machine. Local calls are included in the rental cost.
All furniture and fittings compliment the ambience of the property and no expense has been spared in ensuring all kitchen equipment is available for the gourmet chefs.
On arrival, guests receive a 'welcome' pack of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

Bayview is a beautiful modern marina suburb of Darwin approximately 1km from the Darwin CBD. It has walking and cycling tracks around the well landscaped tropical suburb.
The property is non-smoking inside but smoking is permitted at the outside entertainment area and gardens.
The property is ideally suited for two couples but provision can be made for an extra two persons in the third bedroom in single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
