All rooms have airconditioned/heated and have ceiling fans. The children will enjoy having their own LCD TV in the privacy of their own room.

On entering the large back entertainment area you overlook the tranquil gardens surrounding the sparkling pool. Undercover on the left is a beautiful corner of relaxed dining at the luxury wicker cushioned suite. On the right is the cozy outdoor matching luxury wicker lounge setting to share with the whole family. This is ready for you to enjoy the complete outside experience around the pool. What a dream! Within steps of the golden sands of Marcoola Beach and the Surf Life Saving Club with restaurant and all facilities. And a short walk to the restaurant, the takeaway, the convenience store, the childrens playground and the beach BBQs.
There is an internal laundry with dryer and a hills hoist line out the back. The dogs can also sleep, roll and rest on the grass here in the fully secure fenced backyard and new fully fenced front yard too. This is of course after their short walk back from the beach.
2 mountain bikes are in the garage to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and nature path close by. We also provide a fishing rod, board games, tennis on a stick and other games and toys.
