On entering the large back entertainment area you overlook the tranquil gardens surrounding the sparkling pool. What a dream! Within steps of the golden sands of Marcoola Beach and the Surf Life Saving Club with restaurant and all facilities. And a short walk to the restaurant, the takeaway, the convenience store, the children’s playground and the beach BBQs.
There is an internal laundry with dryer and a hills hoist line out the back. The dogs can also sleep, roll and rest on the grass here in the fully secure fenced backyard and new fully fenced front yard too. This is of course after their short walk back from the beach.
