Bells Beach House is located on the NSW beach of Killcare and is designed by local award winning architect Karen Burke, who knows the ebbs and flow of the ocean breezes better than most. This is the quintessential laid back, luxurious beach house that everyone aspires to, but few can realise.

Killcare is on the tip of the Bouddi Peninsula with 7 pristine beaches and many well-documented walking trails around Maitland Bay, Pretty Beach, Killcare Beach and the villages of Killcare, Hardy’s Bay, and Wagstaffe.

The local area is typical of the original Terrigal and Avoca of years past. It has scenic character, is appreciated for its extensive waterways and natural vegetation and it remains well preserved. In essence – a step back in time to how coastal communities used to be.

Within a 30 minute drive you can go Horse riding, visit Australian Reptile Park or Calga Springs Sanctuary or go kayaking at nearby Hardy's Bay. Hardy's Bay Yacht Charters operates all year round.

Hardys Bay is a quaint, village like area, with electique boutiques, restaurants and cafes.

That said, once checked into this beach house it is very difficult to leave!

Facilities

Comparable in style and amenities to any of the super premium properties of Sydney’s playground to the rich and famous, Palm Beach (a mere 20 minutes ferry ride), the Beach House has the added advantage of its beachfront location right next door to the Killcare Surf Club, making it a haven for young families and groups of friends.

Managed by the Bells At Killcare and Pretty Beach House team, this property is perfect for the discerning traveller and family/friends.

The contemporary residence features 4 double bedrooms. On the upper level, the master suite comprising study, dressing room, bathroom and a private deck, overlooks a small waterfall and landscaped bushland.

On the lower level there are two more double bedrooms, both with views of the beach and one with ensuite. Also on this level is a kids room with 4 bunks (plus trundle makes 5) and another bathroom with a bath.

The John Singleton Beach House boasts two sitting rooms, two kitchens (one on each floor allowing two public areas that can be separated for children and adults) and the Central Coast’s most extravagant private terrace and cocktail bar. Adjacent to the main house there is also a self-contained bungalow with a bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette and bathroom. Fittings and furniture are of an international standard. There is daily house-cleaning service available and Bells food maestro, acclaimed chef Stefano Manfredi, and his team can create exclusive meal and hamper packages on request.

And if dinner out beckons, Manfredi’s restaurant at Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel & Spa is only a 2 minute drive (Bells offers courtesy transfers) for either an extravagant festive dining experience or just a simple Italian pasta and salad.’
