The house is just five years old, surrounded by verandahs to capture the sun and breezes at any time of day. Beautiful native garden and then bush, lots of open space and privacy. Short stroll to the beach via a track.
Very comfy, well equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, wood fire for winter nights (wood and kindling supplied), under cover parking. Two TVs, in case you have different favourtie shows.
