Unlike others in the resort, this is a genuine 4 bedroom luxury home especially designed for two families to share. It sleeps up to 10 guests in absolute comfort. There is an adult's wing of 2 large bedrooms, each with en-suite and walk-in-robe, separated from the other two bedrooms located in another wing beyond the 50m2 sala. It is versatile enough to allow 4 couples to share as it has genuine king-size bed capacity in each of the 4 bedrooms. There are no bunkbeds - just real beds in spacious rooms. Although fully air-conditioned, you will enjoy the natural breezes and indoor-outdoor functionality of this wonderful retreat. No matter how many people are in your party, you'll never be crowded in this spacious, eco-friendly home especially as the Resort's superbly appointed Leisure Centre is just 100 metres from your secluded bushland setting. There are a few internal stairs so wheelchairs present issues.

The home is in the ideal location for adults, teens and kids alike. Noosa Heads is about 15 minutes away but if you desire the commotion of a Hastings Street style holiday, you won't get it here. Everthing you could want is at hand on Noosa's 'Wildside'; that is, the ecotourism type wild. Adjoining Great Sandy National Park, proposed for World Heritage listing, the local surf beaches offer fishing, 4WD and horse-riding too. Canoeing on calm, shallow Lake Cooroibah is 2 minutes away just beyond the 4 Star hotel that serves quality local produce based meals from breakfast on. The mountain hinterland villages of Eumundi and Maleny are within 30 minutes. Day trips to Fraser are easy especially if you have a 4WD vehicle. A world class equestrian centre has opened recently and offers horse-trail rides and, for those with a horse, bring it on holidays too and stable it 500m away for $25 per night!

The activities nearby have been outlined above but the Leisure Centre, 100 flat metres away, provides the 'icing on the cake'! It is huge and superbly appointed with five distinct components. Laze around the heated pool complex that includes a 25 m lap-pool, 12 seat spa, volleyball pool and child's wading pool. Share the open parkland with lazing kangaroos as you stroll to one of the many BBQ shelters for a picnic lunch. The active minded will enjoy free tennis, even at night, with all the gear provided. There is also basketball. Finally, the best, the 3 distinctly different resort rooms - one being family focused; another with the teens in mind and the third for the under 8s but each with the latest variety of digital entertainment.
