Located in Southport, Gold Coast we offer our beautiful home for your enjoyment. Open, bright and breezy with polished floorboards throughout. High ceilings and open plan living gives a great feeling of space for everyone over one level that is child and pet friendly. Fully fenced.

Private and quiet you can sit on the front deck and curl up on the couch or big comfy chair with a good book and a cuppa or a glass of wine and listen to all the different bird life that live in the trees.

Kick back and watch a movie or whatever takes your fancy from Foxtel on the Plasma TV. There is also a DVD player and surround sound system. The centrally located kitchen is fully equipped with extensive granite bench tops, beautiful stainless steel Blanco appliances and no doing the dishes just bung them in the dishwasher. There’s a separate dining room with double doors that lead out to the covered BBQ dining area which looks out over the great backyard where the kids or dog can run around.

Four gorgeous bedrooms (sleeps 8 people), 2 master bedrooms (one ensuite), with 2 queen size beds, the other 2 bedrooms have trundle beds (king singles), all with doonas (no scratchy blankets) and yes, linen is provided. The main bathroom has an extra large shower and separate bath. There is also a built-in laundry with large wash machine and trough.
