Modern, stylish holiday accommodation equipped for luxurious comfort. Catering for small or large groups, sleeps up to eight (8) people. Lush grounds, modern comforts, space to sprawl inside and out. Located in Leura, the heart of the Blue Mountains, only 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. Close to scenic landmarks, blue mountain bush walks, Leura shopping village and even closer to the couch – relaxation as you like it.
1. Number of bedrooms and bed configuration? Three (3) separate bedrooms plus one (1) adjoining bedroom. The bedrooms contain two (2) queen double beds and four (4) single beds. The master bedroom has a queen double bed, the adjoining room has two (2) single beds. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen double bed and the third bedroom has two (2) single beds.
2. Number of bathrooms? Two and a half (2 1/2). Ensuite bathroom includes a shower, bath and toilet. Downstairs there is an additional shower room and a separate toilet.
3. Is there parking available? Driveway fits three (3) cars, plus street parking available.
4. What modern conveniences are available? Air-conditioning, central heating, complete Audio Visual entertainment system, wireless internet and lots more – view the full features list below.
5. What is provided in the kitchen? Gas cooktop & oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils, chef knives, serving dishes, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, tea, coffee and sugar - fully equipped for self catering and entertaining.
6. How close is Blue Villa to nature and bushwalks? Leura is a lovely green suburb. Blue Villa has its own sprawling grounds for you to discover and a charming front yard. Travel 3.6km to Sublime Point lookout, 3.2km to Prince Henry cliff walk, 5km to Three Sisters lookout, 5.6km to Leura Cascades picnic area plus many more bushwalks and tracks. If it is a townscape you are looking for travel 1.3km to Leura Village.
