IF YOU ARE FROM CANBERRA, ENJOY THE LAST FEW DAYS OF THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WITHOUT THE CROWDS. 297/1 - 3/2 NOW MASSIVELY REDUCED!!! 1 of only 4 townhouses, it enjoys magnificent views across the water where the night lights and sunsets are stunning. You can enjoy a leisurely walk into town via the beach, conditions permitting. Enjoy the grassy beach reserve with plenty of space for a game of cricket.
We have just finished renovating the kitchen and wet areas, replaced the bannister to the stairs and added a toilet downstairs for your convenience.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a double and single bunk above. It is very well equipped and includes a CD player with a selection of CD's, radio, large digital TV, DVD/VCR, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher,microwave, picnic basket with thermos, esky, books, toys, games, videos and a free cot and high chair. Toys for the beach are also provided.
As an optional extra we can provide sheets and towels for $10 unmade or $15 made-up, per person. It has gas heating and BBQ, electric blankets and a reverse cycle ceiling fan. There are also fans in the bedrooms. It is especially nice in the winter being protected from most winds - warm and sunny. Flexible arrival and departure times can be enjoyed, vacancy permitting. There is also excellent mobile phone reception. Please email for a tariff sheet and map. NB our prices cover up to 4 people but we can sleep 5.

We are dog lovers and welcome yours also. The property is unfenced but dogs are allowed inside provided they are house trained, kept off the furniture and kept well groomed to minimise hair and sand in the townhouse. There is a well secured double garage area which is clean and shady if you have an outside dog. You will need to bring all your pet's requirements. Treatment for ticks is recommended as the eastern coastline is known for them. The dog friendly beach is leash free. A small pet fee of $15 per dog per booking goes towards the frequent carpet cleaning etc.
Please let us know if you are bringing a dog.
There is a local superette, take away and hair salon and it is only a 15 minute walk along the beach or road to town. Local attractions include Mogo village and zoo, Birdland, bushwalking, fishing, golf, river cruises, fishing charters and hire boats. We have 2 cinemas, several clubs and an expanding shopping centre with wonderful al fresco restaurants where dogs are allowed if eating outside.
NB. WE DO HAVE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM ON WEEKENDS, 3 NIGHTS ON LONG WEEKENDS, unless other bookings leave fewer nights available. SINGLE NIGHTS considered but please note a surcharge will apply.
We require a $300 security deposit on all bookings.
